    I think it will be very good feature.

    to do it, first, it need API for communication with bot.
    if bot can catch message from tawk API, then it can analyze and feedback to tawk API.
    and make trigger when customer sent message, it action to sent it to the bot using API stuff.
    and response it to customer.

    so, if we get some value such as - customer id, massage, time... from API...
    that is enough to communicate with bot.
