with all the messages in the current thread active you could CTRL + F to search if you are using tawk inside of google chrome as well

If you experience any problems with the dashboard, please contact our support team via https://www.tawk.to/ with screenshots. They will be able to help you understand where that issue resides from.

Could you please paint a picture of the possibilities that you imagine?

Go from zero to hero with 1 sync.
Have all your google contacts and your google schedule ready to go inside tawk dashboard with 1 sync.Create a ticket directly from a google contact within tawk that was imported
Add an appointment from within tawk that will sync to google calendar
Thats just a few ideas off the top of my head
