    Thank you for the suggestion!

    When you start using the platform and wasnt to try out tawk.to functionality you can do that by using your profile page which is created by default or by creating a new page.
    If you wish to test on your website – you can create a test-property. After testing delete it and create a new property, so it won’t have any stats at all.

    Reset stats to start over clean but keeping stats, rather than delete everything and start from scratch with a new site configuration

    We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years.

    As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress.

    Rest assured, this has already been raised and the update is currently in progress. We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

    LiveChat has a cool feature that is very useful. It says "you are number 1 in queue" etc or like "there is 1 ahead of you" or like "you are next in line", this feature would be very great

    At this stage, we do not have a feature allowing agents to join conversations automatically.

    You can check agent response times to learn how long your customers are waiting before hearing back from an agent in the chat.

    To do this, visit the Monitoring tab > Live Chat > First response time

    It is tedious to join every visitor manually.

    I want to autojoin, don't want to click the button at the bottom especially when I have only one service rep.
