    Thinking of a chatbox where online users chat with each other to get their problem solved... Isn't it a pretty efficient way...In that way we the admins have more tine to work on content rather than handling customers...But highlighted name and avatar sign for admins so they can address the mob...Simply a highlighted message system to those who are admins...This way many problems can be solved...And very respectfully i want u to check out chatbro.com exact same feature we want but with a marvelous UI like yours...Hope my voice stands out and we will get this feature soon!?
