To All Our Valued Users,
Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out.
At this stage, the size of the round chat widget can’t be adjusted.
However, both the height and width of the rectangular chat widget can be customized. This customization is only available for the Desktop Widget.
We also have a new feature for changing the position of your widget in mobile view.

Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget.

You can now enjoy the chat widget’s new look and features on Mobile.
You can now set the position of the chat widget on a mobile device.
Follow these steps to change the appearance of the chat widget:
1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your dashboard.
2. Select Chat Widget.
3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.

At this stage, changing the size of the icon is not available.

I would like to have the mobile chat act as it does on the desktop, just take up a small area of the screen, so users don't have to use the Back browser button function to return to the website. Currently it seems to take over the whole browser page, and the "End Chat" doesn't appear to do anything.
