However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier. You can trigger a specific action in the Active campaign when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created in tawk.to. It would be great if there was a way to integrate with email marketing campaigns. For example, I do my email marketing with mailchimp. If a customer enters their email address in the chat or prechat, it should check to see if they are currently subscribed to receive email newsletters.
And if they are not, it could prompt them to say. Hi, we noticed that you are not currently subscribed to receive our promotions and discounts news letter. Would you like to subscribe now?
If they choose yes, we could trigger a response of our choosing.

Alternatively, you can create a Chat Rescuer Trigger. This trigger is used to auto-respond to messages if agents don't respond in time. The delay message options are from 10 seconds to 1 hour. In this section, you can leave a message to your users saying that you are currently unavailable and requesting them to leave their details after. How are there comments nearly 4 years old on this idea, when it says the idea is only 3 years old? Anyway, this should definitely be a thing. Offline messages should definitely be closed when you create a ticket from them.

My dashboard right now shows about 20+ live visitors, but when I click monitoring, it's much less. Why the discrepency? I am also not filtering anything.

Nice. This would solve the problem of offline messages needing to be canceled when you create a new ticket.
