    At the moment, we don’t have a direct Chat transfer to another agent. Rest assured that this feature is currently planned and our engineers are working towards its completion. The software upgrade will be posted as soon as it is implemented.

    When Main agent is status away the chat automatically transfer to another agent :)
    We keep our fingers crossed and wait!

    Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget.

    You can now enjoy the chat widget’s new look and features on Mobile.

    You can now set the position of the chat widget on a mobile device.

    Follow these steps to change the appearance of the chat widget:

    1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your dashboard.
    2. Select Chat Widget.
    3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.
    4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.

    At this stage, changing the size of the icon is not available.

    We’re continuing to build out other features and have taken on your suggestions. We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.
