Screenshots are currently not available in our chat widget.
We do, however, offer the Screensharing feature as part of our Video+ Voice + Screensharing Add-on.
This Add-on can provide better support when your customer needs help in navigating your website.
This is a faster and better way compared to requesting multiple screenshots from your customers.

To All Our Valued Users,
We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years.
As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress.
Rest assured, this has already been raised and the update is currently in progress. We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

We do not have an option for disabling the Ticketing system.
The purpose of the Ticketing System is to converse with customers via email.
An email address is required for the system to work.
Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

At the moment, we don’t have a direct Chat transfer to another agent. Rest assured that this feature is currently planned and our engineers are working towards its completion. The software upgrade will be posted as soon as it is implemented.

Perhaps instead of transfer to another agent, transfer to a "Department"?
