The ‘Disable browser tab notification’ setting stops alerts from showing up in the page title of your browser. Follow the steps below to enable these settings: 1. Administration tab > Chat Widget 2.     I Removed this chat function, and my site bounce rate is now back to normal; which is got suddenly increased by this feature

    HI,

    Everytime when website loads it shows popup "1 New message"
    its too irritating and my website bounce rate is increased due to this

    Please remove this update

The pre-chat form option will only come up when you select the Online and Offline Status under the Chat Widget Content. Alternatively, you can create a Chat Rescuer Trigger. This trigger is used to auto-respond to messages if agents don't respond in time. The delay message options are from 10 seconds to 1 hour. In this section, you can leave a message to your users saying that you are currently unavailable and requesting them to leave their details after.
