    Second this one!. It would be great if we can download the chat data in an excel so that we can use it for analytics rather than the function of importing individual chats in csv format

    To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. The widget size can be modified if you choose to have the 'rectangular shape' as your chat widget. You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear. Font and other size features of the chat widget have already been submitted to our engineers. Your request is acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been implemented.     Enable people to change the font size while chatting. Also have an option to delete or edit the text as sometimes there can be typo error or we may write something inadvertently which we may want to delete later
