To All Our Valued Users, We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years. As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress. Zapier offers something, but it is heavy. And while Tawk is free (as is HubSpot CRM), Zapier is not. HubSpot has a straightforward API. Would be nice if contact data from Tawk are added to HubSpot (if available in Tawk). And for these contacts, chat transcript from Tawk should be sent under Conversations in Hubspot.

All Public Shortcuts add to a property are available to be used by all agents with access to that property. A Personal Shortcut is added in a Personal Profile and can only be used in the account associated with that profile. Should be optional for admins. For some setups, current method works better.
