Email signatures
Sign off every email reply consistently.
Agents can create a personal signature in Account Settings → Signatures — with formatting, links, images and auto-filled fields like name, role and company — and pick which one applies right from the composer. Admins can set organisation signatures per property, inbox, department or agent, choose a human or AI-agent signature, control who can use each, and lock one as a compliance footer. (Email channel for now; ticketing signatures are coming next.)
