Channels
Telegram joins the Inbox — connect bots and reply alongside your other channels, with rich media, voice notes and AI Assist.
Facebook Messenger: send voice messages, reply to a specific message, and see reactions and “Seen” receipts.
AI → human handover now works on every channel: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and SMS.
AI Assist 2.5
AI Agents move to a new Automations area, with a 9-step setup wizard, one catalogue for all data sources, and agent cards with on/off switches.
A calculator tool for maths, and a crawler that retries blocked sites as a normal browser.
Agents can alert a human when an AI agent joins a chat.
Admin & tickets
A new Tags page under Admin.
Customisable ticket auto-reply email, with name and ticket-number placeholders.
