  2. Provide historical data on number of visitors

    I would like to know how many users visited my site each day. It would be good if this could be broken down into 24 hour periods and last for at least a week.

  3. Queue

    hey it would be nice for the chat window able to show the visitor how much current chat is in the queue until the next agent becomes available. For example if 5 chats in queue the visitor can see when it comes down to 1 chat which means the next person in line would be that visitor. That would be really cool to have

  6. custom sound option for agents for new chat or new visitors

    kindly add a feature for agent side to add custom sounds like on new visitors add speaking girl or boy who speaks new visitor returning visitor or add options for agents to add custom sound

  7. Please mute sound for website visitors and only enabled sound for if someone start chat for ringing.

    Please mute sound for website visitors and only enabled sound for if someone start chat for ringing.

    I notice the high traffic website gets disturbed with sound and tries to the mute system or tawk app sound and in this case, visitors who started a chat the sound also muted so always chat missing.

    I looking for the feature If someone stated chat then ringing sound enabled and disabled for visitors.

  8. Multiple E-Mail Adresses to Redirect to (different departments etc.)

    Hey there! I'd suggest having the ability to have different E-Mail Adresses you can redirect to. You could then select that a specific E-Mail Adress would automatically assign the ticket to a specific department. So I could have hello@domain.com be normal but then billing@domain.com automatically assign it to the Billing Department.

  10. Have on mobile pop up with a trigger-message

    when the trigger start, the trigger sentence have to pop up with a little screen just for the size of one sentence,, the visitor have to see it imidiatly and not just the little nomber "1" at the head of the icon
    In all chats services uts work that way

    Hi!
    On mobile we can’t change this behaviour at this time.
    Since the chat is full-screen, it would be bad user experience to interrupt visitor from viewing your website.
    On PC browser trigger will open a chat to show trigger message to a visitor.

  11. Auto Open Window

    Please add automatic open option in the widget in full screen mode without direct link, so that we can include the widget in android mobiles using webview, it is very disappointing thing that you don't have full screen option.

    add keyboard shortcut to end an active chat, send a ticket, or ban someone maybe? it must be easier to just press keyboard combination rather than moving the cursor to the corner of the window

  14. Department Online/Offline Status led

    Hello, please add the possibility in the widget field if for example the sales department is online its shows a green or blue light next to the department name and if the department is offline its shows a red light at the department name level! So that the visitor knows that such department is online and such is offline! See the example of what I'm talking about below that I tried to produce. thanks for understanding.

    If there is a way to change the default piture of visitors without the flag that appears for all the visitors it will be great, like Gmail for example when someone create an account his picture will be the first letters of his name. that would be great
