Roku is an entertainment stick which streams various channels, for example, amazon prime, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN all channels at one place.   3. Edit agents in Group Chat

    It would be a great feature to be able to delete or edit agents from the group chat, because our responsibilities change quite often. Especially when colleagues leave and there is no access to the profile anymore, the old agents still show up in group chat.

  4. Option to notify if owner/manager if no agents are logged in

    Given the importance of actually having chat agents be online, it would be great if there was an option to escalate the situation to a supervisor/manager/site owner if there are no agents logged in during set "business hours". Notification ideally would be via push-notification in the app and via email.

    (To take it a step further, it would be nice if there was a built in escalation path for these alerts. For example, if no agents are online during business hours immediately notify the "first-line" supervisor, if no agents are online within 15 minutes, additionally notify the manager (or "second-level"…

  5. Knowledge Base/Categories

    Knowledge base....To be able to allocate information in a specific knowledge base category to multiple categories.

    For example; I use your software for a car sales business. I have a category for vehicles, where all of our vehicles and descriptions are listed....E.g. 30 vehicles. If 12 of those vehicles were Automatic, it would be good to allocate it to multiple categories, i.e. Vehicles, Automatic and diesel..

    At the moment, you have to copy and paste all vehicles, multiple times, into several categories.

  10. To have a button where we can download the data on reporting for all of the properties at once

    There's a way to download data from the Reporting as a csv file but it's only possible doing property by property. It would be nice to have a way to download it all in one go

  14. Gostaria de saber se seria possível fazer a tradução das mensagens que são enviadas por e-mail de forma que usemos a nossa linguagem nativa.

    Ter opção de escolher a linguagem da mensagem que é enviada por email (chat transcript). Assim teríamos a mensagem na nossa linguagem ou se pudéssemos digitar a nossa própria mensagem.

  17. Have a form to fill up if not replying in the chat after X seconds

    If I'm online, it would be great to have a form poping up with a message to the user saying that "sorry for the delay please fill up your email adress and we'll get back to you asap" ? (In case we miss a chat by example) without having to force client to fill up the form prior to the chat.

  18. Disable email sent to user after a chat is converted to ticket.

    We are using Ticketing for internal control only and need to deactivate the email sent to a user when the ticket is created. My company is using Zapier to integrate systems, and it only triggers when a Tawk ticket is created. The data we use inside the automation is not "Customer formatted".

    Add a new feature to abble changes on width and height of bubble version. In some cases this 60x60 pixels is very big, causes a poorly quality of entire design.
