  1. show agent detail to another agent like department, job title

    If we have department like 'sales', 'marketing', 'solution' etc. and a visitor comes on website and connected to 'sales' department and wants to connect to 'solution' department then there should be a facility that active agent can see which agent is associated with 'solution' department and can connect to' solution' department.

    Every agent should have detail of another agent like department, job title.

  6. capture and log the info that we would see when a visitor is live, so we can look at it later

    Please capture and log the info we would normally see if we could sit at our computer 24/7. Seeing the IP address, the pages of our site the visitor navigated to, and how long they were on a page is very interesting but unless we live at the computer we miss a lot of this. Since the system is logging this info while the visitor is live, you can just transfer that info to a log when they leave the site instead of letting it just disappear. Thank you!

  7. to add an option to choose/change dimensions for desktop/mobile widget differently

    Currently it is not possible to increase or decrease the dimensions for both- desktop and mobile. Some browsers like UC show it as little that it fails to attract visitors or they can't easily tap on it. On the other hand, different alignment for desktop and mobile might be helpful for some ecommerce website. Isn't it dear friends?

  8. Differentiate agents on Agent Chat feature by color or other display feature

    Add color options or some kind of display feature so that different agents' messages display in different colors. That way, all team members can easily distinguish messages from agents with similar names like "Kate" and "Kim" at a quick glance.
