  1. send the first message if there is a pre chat form as a json

    if there is a pre chat form then I need the data that the user will enter to add it to my database so if it's the first message then I need to have it as json object or an array

  2. Add a remote support so we can access customer pc and trouble shoot. This would be for Pc technicians

    I have a number of sites that utilize chats, many of them i can use here with tawk to under 1 portal. it would be nice if you guys had a remote support feature, basically the customer would click on a link allowing remote support on their PC. Currently i have to use another chat provider for this but it would be great if i could at it here keeping all my services together

  7. Ability to select more than 1 contact and delete all of them

    We need to be able to delete some or all contacts with 1 click instead of manually deleting them 1 by 1. Would be really useful for GDPR. Correct me if im msising something here

    I would like to know how many users visited my site each day. It would be good if this could be broken down into 24 hour periods and last for at least a week.

    Please mute sound for website visitors and only enabled sound for if someone start chat for ringing.

    I notice the high traffic website gets disturbed with sound and tries to the mute system or tawk app sound and in this case, visitors who started a chat the sound also muted so always chat missing.

    I looking for the feature If someone stated chat then ringing sound enabled and disabled for visitors.

  14. Multiple E-Mail Adresses to Redirect to (different departments etc.)

    Hey there! I'd suggest having the ability to have different E-Mail Adresses you can redirect to. You could then select that a specific E-Mail Adress would automatically assign the ticket to a specific department. So I could have hello@domain.com be normal but then billing@domain.com automatically assign it to the Billing Department.

    Please add automatic open option in the widget in full screen mode without direct link, so that we can include the widget in android mobiles using webview, it is very disappointing thing that you don't have full screen option.

    If there is a way to change the default piture of visitors without the flag that appears for all the visitors it will be great, like Gmail for example when someone create an account his picture will be the first letters of his name. that would be great
