  1. Remove block on Telegram link in Widget Content

    Currently the widget lets you edit the text shown at the top and gives companies the option to provide a link as well. The problem, however, is that Tawk decides what a valid link is. For this reason companies are unable to add a link to their Telegram channel because it gives the error "URL invalid". This is a silly restriction to have, especially when companies can already put whatever link they want in the text section at the top of the widget.   2. Shortened link in signature deemed as spam/malicious by some email providers

    Hi!

    The offline chat messages that are sent via email have a signature at the bottom:
    "Missed chats are missed opportunities.
    Hire Chat Agents for just $1/hour and never miss another chat again."

    This message contains a link shortened with goo.gl which seems to be an issue with some email providers that deem such links as malicious.

    I just got feedback from Deutsche Telekom /T-Online, the biggest Internet provider in Germany that they in general deem all emails with such links as spam or malicious and will not deliver them.

    Would there be a way to replace this shortened link…

  3. Refresh widget alone while ending chat session

    While ending chat session please clear cookie.
    Orelse please provide option to clear cookie. As of now cookie expiry along with page load only works.

    We need a refresh event after expiring cookie while ending chat session.

    This will be helpful to change department if need from customer end.

  4. Allow me to export more than 100 conversation

    I need to export all emails from all questions asked but it maxes me at 100 so this is impossible or extremely cumbersome.

    No reason for this. Please expand it

  5. Add conditional to Trigger based on if user is new or returning

    When setting up a trigger have a select option to "show for" everyone, only new users, or only returning users.

    This will allow us to customize certain actions for different types of visitors. Tawk already logs this information of if they are new or returning.

    This could go further than this conditional into adding more conditionals but this is one I see being very useful and Tawk having this info already makes it doable from my perspective.

  6. Ability to add more than 20 triggers

    For users with more than 20 pages on their website, they should be able to add more than 20 triggers if they would like to display a separate message for each page

    Hi !

    On the Webhooks feature you must also have the option of Agent status i.e online/ away / invisible... (now its only chats or Tickets)

    We really need it !

  9. Add custom fields to Triggers like email

    We are using the Basic Chat Rescuer trigger. We ask customers to leave their contact details. Would be good to have the field pop-up for them to easily do so (if they haven't already entered their contact details).

    I missed a chat today, because I didn't respond in time, but I didn't have their contact details.

  10. Allow attachments in group chat.

    The ability to add attachments is already built into the software, so please allow it in Group Chat also. Sometimes our team would like to exchange images while collaborating.

  14. Trigger Box and EU GDPR Consent

    Currently Trigger will not work if the Consent about Privacy is activated. The chat box will only open if the customer on the website clicks the chat box first. This is a wrong way the software has been setup.
    Logical thing or way for this should be that Trigger Box should trigger FIRST irrespective of the further settings and then if the Customer wants to chat or want to engage in the chat, then they sign or tick the Consent for Privacy and should start chat.
    There is no point to stop the Trigger happening, just because the Consent for…

  15. Alerts based on the time that a visitor stay in the website

    I need to setup an alert to my phone when a visitor stays in te site after a configurable space of time. Some visitors leave the site in few seconds. I need to pay my attention to the visitors that stay in the site and maybe will interested. It whould be a good improvement to the chat system if I can set up this kind of alerts. Are you agree with me? ;)

    When someone watching my website through the phone he see the word "Mail" instead of כתובת אימייל in the window on the bottom. You didn't translate this section. PLEASE do so ASAP.

    When the same user is logged into the web interface and actively in a chat/chatting, the android app shouldn't notify of a new message. Every time I or my visitor types something in my phone starts alerting me, even though I'm the one chatting (in the browser though).

  20. Enable Widget Bubbles on mobile responsive or triggers ability to open chat box on mobile responsve

    Currently most website visitors come through mobile responsive. Now widget bubbles are not supported on mobile responsive and triggers do not open the chat box automatically on responsive. It is not possible to attract visitors attention to the existence of the chat capabilities. It will be good it if is possible either to add a bubble to the widget to inform visitors of the chat capaiblity or to allow the triggers to open the chat box and display a message to visitors on repsonsive.
