  1. Modify fields in Away Form

    We would like to make a required field on the "Away" chat form. I know the "Offline" status can have a required field but we want one for Away too while maintaining a clear channel when we are "Online" with no required fields.

  2. Chatbox Redesign

    I was thinking about how all of the other big named paid chat scripts are redesigning there chatboxes, and they have since increased in users. For instance, Intercom reported having almost 1,000 new users the day they released a new chatbox design. Crisp just released their new chatbox design (looks like Intercom's), and they are boosting in users. I would just like something a little fresh and new.

    Thank you for the submission. We will be starting to work on this quite soon as we finish the design for our new mobile apps.

  3. Disable like/dislike function or make it available at the end

    The rating system is only there for spam, for some people this might be fun to press. Therefore, an option to leave it after the chat is ended would be nice or edit the feature as it is but to avoid it being abused and spammed.

  5. Visual difference in dashboard chats

    In the back-end / dashboard the chats are less clear in who said what. I suggest the same visual appearance as front-end with speech bubbles to make it easier to quickly see who said what.

    it would be great to track the pages users navigated within the last 24h, let's say ... just as in the real-time view, in chat.
    So to see the history users navigated :)

  8. Display every visitor's action count directly in the monitoring dashboard

    Seeing the number of actions that a visitor is currently on, is arguably one of the strongest indicators of engagement.
    Currently, I find myself having to click on every visitor to see how deeply they are interacting and then analyse whether Chatting to them may be beneficial or not...

    Seeing their actions count straight away will give a very strong idea of who to focus on and who's worth exploring into.

  9. Make it possible to have seperate statistics on your "sites" -not combined.

    Being able to see activity separated on each website ive added would be ideal, not a total combination.

  10. Please show "position title" in select field when joining chat

    I have different aliases with the same name but different job titles. When I join a chat I can chose which alias (name) to use but they are all the same.

    Please include the job title in the select field!

  11. City and Country stored in Monitoring

    Customer's IP, city and country is shown, but when they leave the website, their city and country is lost and not store in the Monitoring area. it would be nice to have because I can get an idea which city or country visit my website the most for me to target them in ads, etc.

  12. Instead of havind button "End Chat" to have just "Minimize" even if conversation is started

    If I trigger an automation message, like
    "Do you have a question? I am here to assist you"

    Most users want to close it, and click "X" end chat, but it ask them again "End Chat" or "Cancel" so they don't read and get frustrated... and leave the website...

  13. Segmented attention on new talks

    The visitor is treated by a department and when given the answers can terminate the query.

    Impact: If this same visitor requests another chat, you can not choose the department you talk and the call is released to all agents. This is a problem since all agents must verify if the user is referring to them or to another agent

    Improvement proposal: that after finishing the first chat and close the conversation, the user can choose again the department you want to target

    Allow us to hide the Desktop notification "I'm going to sleep" system tray message. I see someone asked for this in past and you declined it. And as someone also commented, I'd rather a pop-up in the tray when someone starts a chat.

  15. open mobile window too big - scale wish

    When I open the chat window on a smaller (normal cellphone) device, the full window is covered. It seems to be a new page - so I`m going to push the "back" Button and leave the site.
    Same page overlay is nice, but I suggest to scale the height to 80% (or adjustable) hat I can see the original Page in the background. AND a colored X to close the overlay window

  17. quick update of customer left the site

    we see when a neew visitor come it inform quickly but in most cases when someone left the page it still show that they are online in some case we had close the window for almost 15 minutes and it still show as it is monitring 1 person from the site !!! it has to be able to update visitors who left as quickly as it do for new visitors thanks

    Hi!

    Could you add an option for an agent to go "offline" but to stay active in the chat sessions he's already in?

    It would be very useful - let's say we only have one agent who's already chatting with 3,4+ customers, if he could go "offline" or "hide" from the other online customers in order to put all his attention to his current chats rather than have people wait and get frustrated over the wait, it would be great!

  19. Add .po file to the plugin

    It would be great if you could add .po file to the WordPress Tawk.to plugin so people could translate everything in the plugin. For example now cannot translate the "X has joined the conversation".

    For a free plugin, I'd say 5/5 still! :)

  20. Tie names to accounts that are not connected to IP addresses.

    We would like to have our client names associated with an individual client account and not to an IP address. We have clients who access their accounts from all over the state/nation/world and we want to be able to know who they are.
