  1. Problem in onchatstarted - does not get triggered... ever...

    How can i be informed when a human has started a conversation?
    I'm trying to use the OnChatStarted event, has your documentation shows, but nothing is happening.

    Create option to add 1-4 FAQ's which people see and can click on to get an immediate answer when chat is offline.

    When hovering over the country icon on the Monitoring screen on the desktop version, for US cities, you show City, Country. You should show City, State or City, State, Country

  5. Enable Widget Bubbles on mobile responsive or triggers ability to open chat box on mobile responsve

    Currently most website visitors come through mobile responsive. Now widget bubbles are not supported on mobile responsive and triggers do not open the chat box automatically on responsive. It is not possible to attract visitors attention to the existence of the chat capabilities. It will be good it if is possible either to add a bubble to the widget to inform visitors of the chat capaiblity or to allow the triggers to open the chat box and display a message to visitors on repsonsive.

  6. Link wordpress user logged in and display their name in the tawk dashboard

    It would be great to have users registered on wordpress website that browse the website to be displayed into the tawk dashboard with their name and other information taken from wordpress...

  8. Allow to go invisible with active chats

    I want to set myself as invisible so I can leave after finishing up the current active chats.

    Scheduler is not a solution for us as we have different shifts and so no fix Schedule to setup

  9. One trigger can cancel following triggers.

    Let's say you want to have a general welcome message across the site that it is triggered after 1 minute. But then in some specific page, i.e. The Shipping & Returns page or the Shopping cart you want to send a more specific message, letting the users know that you are there to help them with their order after 30 secs.

    Right now the user would receive the specific message at 30 secs and them the welcome message after 30 more seconds. I don't think it looks nice. Right now I am forced to create a second property and assign…

  10. Allow users to add custom fields in the tickets section.

    I like to add tickets from other sources, and I would like to add a field in tickets named Source, and it would have Tawk.to, Phone, Email, and Other. Currently, I can't do that.
    I suggest that users should be able to add custom fields to tickets.

  11. Flashing icon in Windows App

    Imagine if I am the only worker at my webshop, and I was away for 1 minute to get some coffee, and the Tawk app is running in the background. A visitor starts a chat, and the sounds goes off aswell with a ballon. The sound however stops after 5 times and the ballon goes away after 3 seconds or something. I did not hear the sound or saw the ballon. How am I supposed to know if there is a chat, when I was away for a minute? Is it the meaning that I re-open the app every time…

  13. option to Copy assets (especially helpful for multi language to ensure they all the same)

    the idea is simple .. if are serval widgets set up .. with small differences .. like apearance or language .. a copy button would help to do that very easy ... like create a english base-widget .. then copy it and change the language in the copy to something else .. but all settings are there already

    so this would change the re-setup to a change existing settings setup

  16. Ability to disable enter to send and have a button

    Feature to disable the press enter to send message and replace with a Send button. This will enable us to write with line breaks/paragraphs.

    Could be a paid add-on if necessary.

  19. Chatbox Redesign

    I was thinking about how all of the other big named paid chat scripts are redesigning there chatboxes, and they have since increased in users. For instance, Intercom reported having almost 1,000 new users the day they released a new chatbox design. Crisp just released their new chatbox design (looks like Intercom's), and they are boosting in users. I would just like something a little fresh and new.

    Thank you for the submission. We will be starting to work on this quite soon as we finish the design for our new mobile apps.

  20. Allow per user or per domain agent alerts

    Agent alerts are great to let agents know of anything important as a chat starts. Currently, these alerts are too general and would show up on any chat on the site.

    I would like to set custom messages based on the user mail address or other user properties.

    This will help us:
    Identify high profile users - VIP
    Identity customers with open issues handled by other teams
