  2. I suggest you to add an Ticket forms (So users may select the form category)

    For example - a website which provider repair service like ( Mobile repair,Macbook repair) the Optional ticket form should be like

    this idea definitely works.

  4. erase content remotely

    I am putting this widget on a kiosk and I was hoping that after the chat is finished that it would erase the conversation when I close the conversation on my end not having to depend on the kiosk use is there a option for that as I will be using this to remotely check people in and I don't want their information to remain on the public kiosk

  5. Larger agent's profile picture

    As I discussed with the customer service of Tawk. We both feel that the Agent's profile picture is currently too small, so small that the face starts losing facial details. It looks more like a blob or a blur of a human than an actual human.

    We both believe that having larger Agent's profile picture will enhance the bond between the employees and customers and make it more personal.

    This feedback comes from a designer that owns a design agency, hopefully this will be useful!

  7. add US State AND City to the IP location of the visitor

    Can you please add the State when the visitor is coming from a city in the USA? So a State would show here https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu9e7Rx the problem is that there are many cities in the USA with the same name. You really have to have the State. Thanks.

    I have seen other like 3rd party apps like yours that has a pop up asking the user to end the chat. this clears the chat window. I am wanting to use this on a public kiosk I am developing . Especially the video chat. I am willing to be a reseller of this 3rd party app as part of our kiosk to my customer base.   10. URL in mail

    I have a feature request, which will be very useful for marketing activities.
    When we get offline messages on mail, we are unable to find out from which page the visitor is sending the offline messages.
    If we can have a small feature of tagging the URL of the page, it will help a client a lot with a faster response time to their visitors.

    I hope others will also find this useful.

    Need report to look at agents activities/numbers of chats attended. Current report allows selection of all users but excel report exported provide dates and a total chats. Require the report to show all the users selected with their data so that management can see as a whole the individual agents activities and productivity

  13. REPORT - Type of chats

    Chats received with issues handled by customer service are categorised by using the TAG button. For reporting and analysis, on a weekly or monthly basis, chat is analyse to understand what are the common issues so that the company can improve on the areas.

    Need a report to extract such a report to list down the number of chats received under the TAG chosen for a particular period.

    Currently, TAWK allows selection of 1 TAG at a time and data further breakdown into the dates it chat with that TAG occur.

  15. Provide a proper editor for Knowledgebase articles

    I've just been testing the Knowledgebase feature and it's very nice. But the method of inserting headings and paragraphs is just hopeless. I'll never get an article published unless it's only a paragraph or two long. Suggest adding a proper editor (e.g. CKEditor or similar) with the ability to paste content or HTML in. Most editors can usually be configured to strip out any script if that is a concern.

  16. "Sticky" profile status

    When I log into my dashboard, my status is always set to "Online".

    When I manually change my status to "Invisible" and then log off, I want my status to be "Invisible" when I log back on.

    This doesn't happen. When I log on again, my status is set back to "Online".

    Can we get a status retention feature?

  17. Allow trigger notifications to be minimized/not forced to display on desktop

    I have a 30 second trigger set up to initiate a message, but I don't want it to pop up the message. Only if the user clicks on the chat icon, I want them to see the trigger. However, in my testing, on desktop PC, sometimes the message pops up and then I have to close it. I think this behavior is too intrusive. A simple switch for this is really needed!

  18. Template for replying to automatic messages in another language

    when a customer sends an email to the account configured for the tawto. ticket system, he receives an email automatically. unfortunately this email is in english and with a predefined format.
    It would be important to be able to personalise this message so that everyone can put it in their native language. Thank you.
