Desktop application to System Tray
I always find having the Tawk icon on my taskbar is useless, I barely ever go into it until a notification pops-up which I then click. It would be great to have it minimized to system tray and still receive notifications.

Bad Impression
In your product feature section its showing your screen sharing is free, but the voice +video+screen sharing is add on .. I had selected this software only for that feature but now you r saying its paid, and your customer care says maybe out dated information , why should I suffer for Your fault ??

Redesign of monitor window / admin page
16:9 1080p monitors are extremely common. Having two windows tiled on screen is very common.
When I have the monitor app set to half-screen most of the helpful visitor information can't be seen.
It should be possible to completely remove the two left vertical columns by minimising them to the top horizontal bar. This will maximise the width available to display the active visitors, etc.
The font size should be customizable so I can make it smaller to ensure the information can be seen. Also perhaps make it possible to hide certain visitor information such as the icon showing which…

Undo option accidentally closed chats in the inbox
If I hit close at the bottom of a chat (offline chat for example) I cannot open it again or undo the action. Meaning it's a one way action and I have to use the ticket option to make sure the chat stays active (and we don't use the ticketing).
People are clicking the Close at the bottom thinking it just closes the window and not the chat session.

include an option to remove the red dot
Some clients find the little red dot confusing, as they think they need to reply to something. I know this is just for a message to let them know we're available to talk, but some clients, particularly older ones, don't understand this.

Allow availability under reporting to show % of availability during set hours
Under Reporting on the dashboard the system shows availability of agents in past 24 hours, is there a way of doing this so the percentage figure only comes from set hours. for example, i don't have agency available between 5pm and 8am most days, this will significantly impact my availability percentage.

According to our dev team, if you want to use the plugin’s settings, you need to set the property and widget within the plugin. You can select them in the Account Settings view of your tawk.to Plugin Settings.
The next step is to remove the widget code that you manually added in to your website.

At this time, general visitor information such as the number of visitors and recent page views on your site can be viewed in the Home panel of your Dashboard.
Individual visitor details, including the device, operating system, referrer URL and current location of each visitor are available in the Monitoring section. If a visitor has filled out a Pre-Chat Form or engaged in a conversation, you can view their individual chat history and its details, including navigation, in individual chat transcripts.
Detailed reporting for Chats, Tickets, and Knowledge Base searches is available in our Reporting panel.
