Redesign of monitor window / admin page
16:9 1080p monitors are extremely common. Having two windows tiled on screen is very common.
When I have the monitor app set to half-screen most of the helpful visitor information can't be seen.
It should be possible to completely remove the two left vertical columns by minimising them to the top horizontal bar. This will maximise the width available to display the active visitors, etc.
The font size should be customizable so I can make it smaller to ensure the information can be seen. Also perhaps make it possible to hide certain visitor information such as the icon showing which…

We currently don’t have options for adjusting the size of the desktop screen/monitor window or customizing the font size in the Dashboard.

Undo option accidentally closed chats in the inbox
If I hit close at the bottom of a chat (offline chat for example) I cannot open it again or undo the action. Meaning it's a one way action and I have to use the ticket option to make sure the chat stays active (and we don't use the ticketing).
People are clicking the Close at the bottom thinking it just closes the window and not the chat session.

Unable to disable chat transcripts to be sent via email
Setting is "Nobody" for "Send all chat transcripts to" option but I still continue to receive chat transcripts. How to disable this? I do not want to receive every chat transcript via email.

include an option to remove the red dot
Some clients find the little red dot confusing, as they think they need to reply to something. I know this is just for a message to let them know we're available to talk, but some clients, particularly older ones, don't understand this.

The internal property color.
I have a few different properties and i would like to be able to change The internal property color.so that i can see clearly which property has the customers on it because now i am finding it very annoying because it is not noticeably different and i have to look at the little letter of the property to see which property it is.

Allow availability under reporting to show % of availability during set hours
Under Reporting on the dashboard the system shows availability of agents in past 24 hours, is there a way of doing this so the percentage figure only comes from set hours. for example, i don't have agency available between 5pm and 8am most days, this will significantly impact my availability percentage.
