Responding via phone is slow
Having open web broser panel is resource & space waste if i have low number of chats daily or no chats.
Instant messenger responding is clever as messengers apps are already made for numerous operating systems and many people already having them installed.
Please kindly consider making integration with some opensource instant messaging protocol.

This is Amazon's Call Center Service. It would be fantastic if an AWS Connect call would initiate a Ticket. Zoho Desk does this and it's the only thing right now keeping me from switching to tawk.to.3 votes

It would be awesome if Tawk could integrate with Gekoboard.
Gekoboard is basically a overview / anything dashboard that displays useful data to let's say the support floor.
The dashboard could show how many chats have been answered, how many are waiting ect ect.
