  2. Twilio SMS integration

    Would be awesome if you could hook this into Twilio and allow both website chat, and SMS chat from customers on their mobile devices

  3. Zendesk integration

    Hello guys,

    We work with Zendesk and Zopim , but we assess the Zopim and he has not been a good tool for our Company.

    We were then presented to the Tawk . The problem is that there is no integration with Zendesk .
    There is a possibility desevolver the Tawk for Zendesk ?

  4. Allow integration with Google Analytics

    It would be great if there was a way to optionally bind Google Analytics events to opening the live chat button, and ideally leaving an offline message as well. We like to track as many site interactions as we can, but not sure how I can bind any events to button clicks as there's an iframe container, so it would have to fire on your end.

    We do, however, have our Google Adwords Tracking integration.

    Google Conversion tracking can help you see how effectively your ad clicks lead to valuable customer interaction with tawk.to.

    However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier.

    For example, you can trigger a specific action in Slack when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created.

  11. Infusionsoft integration

    It would be awesome if it could integrate with Infusionsoft or allow you to download all enquiries into excel and emails so this data can be uploaded into a CRM program.

  14. Instant messenger integration - Agents can respond chats via IM

    Responding via phone is slow
    Having open web broser panel is resource & space waste if i have low number of chats daily or no chats.
    Instant messenger responding is clever as messengers apps are already made for numerous operating systems and many people already having them installed.

    Please kindly consider making integration with some opensource instant messaging protocol.

    This is Amazon's Call Center Service. It would be fantastic if an AWS Connect call would initiate a Ticket. Zoho Desk does this and it's the only thing right now keeping me from switching to tawk.to.

  18. Reverse IP Lookup - for external system like LeadForensics

    Since Tawk already pulls the user's IP, it would be neat if it was integrated with an external system like LeadForensics to attempt to figure out who the visitor might be.
