  1. Trigger welcomes customer come back with their name

    "Welcome XXX come back, may i help you ?"

    This is my suggestion that Trigger could recognize customer's name and say hello with them. Then, they can surprise, feel comfortable, happy and appreciate us.

  2. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  3. in the ticket system add the ability to have "canned responces".

    Have it allow you to save an unlimited list of canned responses to the most common questions. Then when people ask the same questions over and over again you just select a pre written "canned response" and it gets pasted into the ticket

  4. Send Message To Agent

    I have installed this application in my website. Now I wanted to send message to agent programattically that when new order in my website is placed then a message to the agent will be sent that "a new order is placed".
    Is there any api so i can integrate it in my website ?

    We use HSTS, essentially HTTPS everywhere, and HTTP2. HTTP2 is much more efficient than HTTP1.1, and should take a load off everyone's server.

  14. UI changes for many concurrent chats needed

    When many people are chatting concurrently it is too hard to manage under current layout. The 'Messaging' screen would almost work, but it does not show real time users and status. If I could use a slim list like that and collapse all the left hand column I could easily see many chats and if any were waiting on responses. Then, rather than covering that screen when selecting a chat, have a single box on the right that reflects the selected chat, while allowing me to monitor the list.   15. Best multiple chat management

    It will be good if you can change display on multiple chat in same time. Actually, they stuck 1-2-3-4-5-6 chat side by side but its hard to manage it.

    It will be good if you can make a page like LiveChatInc. Just jump into this or this chat. Not to have it all in one window. Its hard when you have couple in same time

  17. Automaticaly disable sound when scheduler is set to offline.

    For example, if the scheduler is set to offline from 6pm, it would be great to have the option to disable sound notifications as well. At the moment, my chats are set offline after hours but my home computer keeps ringing when offline messages are received. This means I have to set the scheduler to go offline at 6pm, but I have to also manually disable sound after hours, or exit the program to avoid hearing sounds every time somebody posts an offline message... :)
