Look at how big PURECHAT's widget is with a massive graphic that stands out saying "CHAT!". Its inviting, Tawks tiny "chat?" is like saying, please don't speak to us we cant be bothered for you, as well as the fact that you cant see it!1 vote
After a update on Wordpress the chat its deactivated.
I like me suggest a INFORMATION in Wordpress Dashboard when this occurs

Latest github not installing with Prestashop 188.8.131.52. It say installed but then when you search for it in modules it's just not there. It also leaves a dead menu link in the back end: ADMINISTRATOR > TAWK.TO when gives a 'controller not found' error.4 votes

We are currently working on updating all current integrations and adding new ones and this issue will be fixed.
In the Andriod App, there is a ? mark next to the chat input box that brings up a shortcut pick list and shortcut search box. This is intuitive and helpful, and I would suggest that the same feature be added to the desktop version. While I am comfortable with command line interfaces, many of my staff will balk at it.6 votes
Just as "uservoice" and so many other websites do, I think it'd be cool if you guys implemented "gravatar" icons into your app so people can create a centralized icon for usage on multiple sites, and then you guys could use this icon for chats with visitor or other agents to make the experience more personal, without having to re-invent the idea of uploading an icon to yet another website.

In pre-chat form the spanish traslation for "Submit" in english is traslated as "Someter", but this word is ver wrong traslated, "someter" means to subjugate,the correc traslation for that button is: Ingresar or Enviar
If we had availibility times for individual departments and sites it would be great,,,

On pre-chat form when a visitor skip enter his name a legend in red appears:
- "nombre tiene que ser proveido"
Here is much more accurate write only:
Ingresa tu Nombre
Also the save button, is much better be traslated as "Iniciar" instead of "Guardar"

It would be nice if visitors that return to your site after a day, or several hours time lapse, are color coded for easy recognition on the dashboard. That way we can make sure to initiate a chat with them if they don't start one or at least see what pages they are looking at that brought them back.21 votes
The disconnect error sound sounds quite unsettling (it certainly sounds like an error occurred), this makes everybody in the room cringe, especially if it happens when nobody is a the desk at the time. I know I can disable sounds, but it would be preferable if the nice was a bit more mellow or something.10 votes
you can change the sound by selection ‘sound settings > manage’.
But we will add some more sound options to choose from that have a more mellow sound!

List all the agents in our team and provide a link to each agent so that the user can choose who they would like to chat with.
This means that with each agent we could write a blurb about their specific speciality so that the user can select the agent who is best qualified to answer their particular issue.0 votes
