  1. Updated Chat bubble icon on mobile

    HI Guys- the current graphic that is the chat icon on mobile looks like a blob. I'm now seeing a lot of customer comments that it doesn't look like a conversation bubble . Can we enter a new icon that looks more like a chat icon.

  3. Show profile information when your avatar is clicked

    For sales reps who'd like to expose their linkedin, for example, it would be good if there was an option to display their profile information when a user clicks on their avatar. Seems pointless having a customisable profile otherwise!?

  4. Notification Sound on trigger

    Whenever someone visits our website and when they see our trigger "Welcome to our Website......." then they should hear some notification kind of sound just to grab the attention of the visitor to live chat section. This would increase engagement.

  5. Add more reporting amount by individual number

    Hello,

    Currently at reporting it's showing total number of chats but it's needed many individuals have taken support. Suppose one individual done chat 12 times so it will count as 1.
    Please add this feature as soon as possible.

  6. Text editing for triggers

    Hi guys,

    It would be nice if you can throw in some text editing tools.

    Like bold, italic, maybe even bulleting etc.

    Also to add, can you make a trigger message box in administration bigger or allow us to expand it (slider). It's bit uncovinient to write and edit content.

  7. Google Voice Widget (discontinued) landline call over the widget.. it basically dials both parties at the same time.

    Google voice widget had a "click to call" where by clicking the widget it automatically dials both parties on ladnline. there should be some vaue in it.

  12. Ability to add a default message

    It's a lot more personable if you can send a message right when the customer opens the chat box. Currently, the customer has to initiate the conversation, and it would be a much better experience if they could immediately be greeted with a message like "Hi my name is Bob, what can I do for you today?"

    "Write a reply.." in the customer chat box is very faint. I think it would be better if it were slightly darker.

  18. make triggers stop automatically when status is away

    We have triggers that pop up with a helpful message stating we are online and ready to help.
    Sometimes we are away from the desk and it would be really helpful if the automatic away status included stopping triggers.

    I understand from the customer support that this can be done through advanced triggers, but I thought I would mention here as it may be something that would be helpful to be simplified for a lot of users.

    You should have a manager option vs me adding someone as an admin who then can delete me as the admin. which is what occurred.

  20. Hide "Chat History" for atendents, only ADM can see!

    So we prevent a seller from seeing the conversation of the other, making it available only for adm for analysis.
