  3. Chat box must be draggable when Minimised also

    Chat box must be draggable when Minimised also. But from some specific place on the chat bar. It will help to multiple click and then drag and then again it need to minimise as it covers more space then before.
    Better if it just drags in shape what it is. But click at one point on the bar must be to avoid unnecessary dragging due to click by mistake.

  4. Long and loud alert for iPhone

    It sucks to miss important chats because I don't notice the alerts when out of office with only my iPhone connected to your system. I run a one-man company and quite often my only connection to chat is my phone.

    If the incoming calls keep ringing loud until I answer, why couldn't the chats, which are often even more important?

    Your desktop alert is good, long and loud but it is kinda illogical to have a louder alert on desktop, where you normally stare at the screen anyways, compared to a phone that is in your pocket often in noisy…

  5. For internal chat purposes;

    For internal chat purposes, it would be nice to be able to expand the agent chat list further, and also categorize that by departments.

  7. Desktop Notification configuration

    Desktop notification should be configurable.
    1>Length of time on screen should be adjustable.
    2>Option to keep on screen until answered.
    3>Re-notify agent when chat resumes from existing visitor instead of only once per session.
    4>Re-notify of continuing chat when agent has multiple chats going.

    Remember we all have other things (jobs) to do beside staring at the Tawk Dashboard.

    Create extensions for all browsers. it should give notifications without open https://dashboard.tawk.to/.

  9. audio notifications respecting filter settings (no foreign alerts)

    Audio notifications ONLY for filtered results.

    I have a local business and only look to deal with local visitors -- I don't want notifications when some random browser overseas finds my site. I have the chat filters in place to only show me visitors from my country but I still get audio alerts when other countries' browsers find me.

  12. Labels / Folders for Ticket System

    The Ticketing system is great!

    I would really love the option to create various folders under (messages/contacts/spam/trash)

    e.g: quotes // products // complaints.

    Once a ticket has been submitted, I can then move it to a folder to better keep track of it.

    I am aware of the search tags, but this isn't streamlined for efficiency at the moment.

  13. OpenCart extension - multistore/multilanguage

    OpenCart allows use of multiple languages within a single install. Essentially, they allow multilingual stores.

    OpenCart also allows multiple stores running on a single install/instance. It is a multistore software.

    So the talk.to OpenCart extension setting page should allow:
    1. Mapping of each OpenCart store to a talk.to site
    2. Mapping of each installed language for each OpenCart store to a talk.to widget within that OpenCart store.

  14. Media Queries

    Hello, how can we help?
    This is really good, except you need to add Media Queries, i.e. @media(max-width:767px){{}}
    i looked at Zopim but the "customisations" are really poor, this is better but there seems to be no one who makes a Responsive chat widget
    i need it to scale depending on the browser width...

    Only members of a property can view the status of tickets for that property in the Dashboard.
