    a default for how the send button is used when replying "send" to a ticket. closed/open/pending. - I would prefer "open"....

  2. Show Chat Notifications if they leave the current page

    The chat notification (red number) should stay through the whole site instead of page.

    Some of our visitors are missing our messages since they minimize the chat and continue browsing on the site. The notification telling that there's an unread message disappears if they leave the page. Therefore, the customers leave the site without reading our response to their concerns.

    when you are chatting with a visitors, the tags can't be copied to clipboard.

  7. Accept Chats From dialog auto-dismisses

    With the new interface (~3/24/20) in both the Web dashboard and the Application dashboard (Windows), every selection or deselection of a property to accept chats from CLOSES the dialog box. Previously, the dialog worked as I think it should: I was allowed to enable/disable as many properties as I wanted with the dialog open; then I expressly closed the dialog.

    Need to have possibility for pay addon for users to make a direct call with me. Would be great also for you to offer us this ability to bill us with something for this oherwise great app.

    It would also be great to be able to do it by approximate location, so if someone in our geographic area is browsing we know they might be able to pick up items on our website etc.

    It could make a noise alerting that a "tagged" user has come to the site to browse.

    Zopim has this feature, we used to use it quite successfully and it was very helpful.

    Hi, thank you for request.
    At the moment you can set Advanced Trigger, with condition to check visitor IP address and perform required actions, like sending him message, setting name to him to identify in visitors list in Monitoring.

    Please note that if you use Pre-chat form, trigger will overrride it. We are working on new design and logic for a widget and they will be available to be used together.

  17. For a proper usage the branding should be in right bottom corner. But in the new update it is shown in the middle of the chat box.

The right way for brand name and branding adds is on right bottom corner and yours was very good previously but now it is on the middle. Kindly have a check and do the needful.

  18. Better search into Knowledge base

    It would be great to enhance the way it search into knowledge base. Now, we need to type the whole word to find something into knowledge base.

    Exemple : If I search SQL, it return 0 result.
    I have the word MySQL in my knowledge base content

    Even better, would be to see suggestion or when starting to type 3 letters & more...

  19. offline mandatory fields (no email needed!)

    under ADMINISTRATION --> WIDGET CONTENT --> WHEN OFFLINE,
    we do not need the EMAIL field, actually, we do not need the NAME field as well!!!
    Please make so that we can modify whatever field we want...
    Some like it just with a phone number... It's super-easy for us and our clientele.

  20. Option to create a group when generating a report

    current reporting is generated agent by agent. I would like to suggest an option for me to create a group with specific people in it. So that reporting would be easy
