  4. Trigger advanced message setting

    I need the trigger messages to be delivered with a delay showing that the agent is typing something.
    For Example. Normally the guest would say hello or hi..in the first message I ve set up as to send a greeting message naming the agent name..
    the next could be the client would like to ask a price or report a problem..
    I have set if the message contains price..then ask for the product detail but the trigger message just go as soon as the client hits the send button..so for this it could be good if we could deliver trigger…

  6. Vendor intiate a chat to customer

    Right now a customer can come to you when they want to talk. It would be nice if a small app could be installed on the customers end, linked to your channel, that you could talk with your customer at anytime. I support small company networks. If I could chat with someone on a computer and ask them if I could remote control their computer or other questions.

    Could you please specify the site where the mobile Widget shows up bigger than normal? What version of Firefox are you using? What version of Android you are using?

  13. Add conditional to Trigger based on if user is new or returning

    When setting up a trigger have a select option to "show for" everyone, only new users, or only returning users.

    This will allow us to customize certain actions for different types of visitors. Tawk already logs this information of if they are new or returning.

    This could go further than this conditional into adding more conditionals but this is one I see being very useful and Tawk having this info already makes it doable from my perspective.

  16. Enhance trigger features.

    It would be nice to be able to set triggers so that they don't fire if the customer has already seen another trigger.

    I'd like to be able to set triggers on every stage of the sales funnel. But I don't want to spam customers with messages as they drill down through categories on our ecommerce shop.

    Ideally it would only show one trigger per customer.

  18. Alerts based on the time that a visitor stay in the website

    I need to setup an alert to my phone when a visitor stays in te site after a configurable space of time. Some visitors leave the site in few seconds. I need to pay my attention to the visitors that stay in the site and maybe will interested. It whould be a good improvement to the chat system if I can set up this kind of alerts. Are you agree with me? ;)
