  2. hash data

    When a customer visits I set the name and email but the data is written & sent as plain text in the page. Would be good if I could hash this and any custom data I send server-side and send it like I do to enable secure mode.

  3. Tiggers: device type

    I would like to trigger auto msgs on desktop devices only.
    Since on mobile the chat app covers the entire screen, I really don't want to interrupt visitors with a chat covering the content.

    A work around is to create 3 separated triggers (because of the AND condition):
    Visitor platform Equals Windows
    Visitor platform Equals Mac
    Visitor platform Equals Linux

  5. Different notification sounds for 2 different departments

    Would it be possible to set up settings so you can set different sound for different departments? I saw some ideas and suggestions in 2016 so I am wondering have you abandoned this idea as it is vital for our business?

  6. Change the mobile text of the offline Contact Form. At the moment it says "Email".

    I found out the mobile version of the offline form says "Email" in the title. I want to change it to whatever I please. In the Desktop it uses the title in the widget contact form settings.

  10. Telephone or email protocols for Remove Branding Add-on

    I have been trying to add a telephone protocol to the widget footer branding, but it is not possible because the link URL field expects an http protocol. It would be nice if we were able to add mailto: or tel: procols instead.

    customer visit site and not saw chat button. So exactly mobile users living
    this.

    Can be add and section for BUZZ with VOICE for take attentions.

    Because exam any customer make shopping and after not show my write.
    Because show message number on icon.
