  1. Have the ability to disable agent alias avatars

    It would be nice to be able to turn off alias avatars so that no image will be displayed beside an agents name.

  2. BUG: Advanced Trigger "Still on site" condition doesn't work properly when using multiple widgets

    I have two widgets configured, each for a different language, on the same domain. I switch between them by matching a pattern in the URL and loading the proper javascript file.

    I then have two advanced triggers to replicate the "Rescue chat" feature which I cannot use out of the box, so I built them in this way:
    1. Triggers when a user write a message
    2. Condition1: Still on site 30 seconds
    3. Condition2: current url contains pattern
    4. Condition3: user has not been served

    Action: write a message in the language specific to the url pattern.

  4. Add as a possible action for an advanced trigger, an alarm

    It would be great if we could hear a ring as a trigger, among the options you have. For us, it would be really useful if a specific client we have is online on our website.

  9. add triggers when a visitor e.g. intends to leave page/site

    Have seen in other chat solutions that they have triggers like opening a chat window if a visitor intends to leave the page - or stays on the same page for a certain amount of time

  11. Allow for the ability to "SHUT-OFF" print functionality

    There would be a setting to shut off the print functionality on the end-user side just in case you didn't want to allow it to be so easy for them to print or copy the conversation

  12. Email notifications from user's email address

    My ticketing system allows email piping to open a ticket and assign to a user based on the sender email address. Is it possible to implement email notifications being sent from the user's email?

  14. allow each user to create theri own scheduler. I have emplyees at different states with time differences.

    I have employees in different states.If I set a scheduler in NY, then my employees in Nevada are 3 hour time difference.

    we are using admin panel and we assign some agents under our panel but now i want to see details of that agents like mail ids and passwords
    this will be helpful for us to get our agents details please improve by using this details
