  1. Agent Login Tracking

    It would be nice to see agent login activity. So we can see when agents are logged in and active. The current reporting feature just shows chat volume. If there are no chats, we still want to be able to track what users were logged in. Thanks!

  4. Option to only allow agents to join as their self.

    Say Joe is an admin/developer. Everyone knows Joe is the developer.
    We hire "Bob" to answer live chats.
    At any time the user "Bob" can join a conversation as "Joe" and could possibly do malicious things, then "Bob" can delete that history.
    TL;DR:
    1. Option to only allow agents to join as their alias.
    2. Option to only allow admins to remove history.

  8. Analytics should let us see visitors by country

    Instead of just seeing visitors quantity, we would see them also by language or country.

  9. Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound

    Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound when the agent reply's. currently it have a sound just like a keyboard sound . it may not be audible to the clients. so it is better to change the client notification sound to a good tone. eg: facebook notification tone, hike notification tone,etc

  10. Ask customer for email / name while chatting. Pre-chat form in chat

    It would be nice to have a input box drop into the chat window, as the chatting is going, asking for the users name / mail, and it would fill out the name and email in the dashboard. it could be an option under pre-chat form called "while-in-chat form" or something like that :)

  11. Emails language should be customizable

    Ticket reply emails are in english, not in locale language. For example:-

    This is confusing to non-english speakers.

  12. The visitor can see the last chat record

    Many visitors feedback, why can't I see my last chat history? Please improve the software to lock the visitor IP, visitors can see the last chat record when they open the software for the second time.

    Hi, thank you for the request, it’s is in our plan to create “never-ending” chat, so on visitor return it would open the same chat with all previous messages.

  13. REST API for CRM Integration

    It would be great if there was a possibility to integrate our own CRM with chat. Chat is a place where agents can gather and lead clients and to use chat we need to be able to get chat history.

    Интеграция в Яндекс Диалоги будет сделана, когда будет возможность направить ресурсы на эту задачу.
    На текущий момент у нас нет предполагаемого срока, когда это будет возможно.

    Мы в курсе о популярности этой идеи, так как получали запросы о ней не только здесь, но и фиксировали их через наш чат тех. поддержки, через заявки на нашей почте и понимаем, что это востребованная интеграция, несмотря на малое количество голосов здесь.

  15. Visitor history

    To be able to view the history of all visitors. Not all visitors open a chat, so if one can determine which pages were visited by visitors that did not chat, then one can also determine the popularity of individual products and pages with more data.

    Hi there dear tawkers,

    Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

  16. Manually End Chat

    When user has finished chatting, allow the Agent to END the chat for them. I have a user that has been on my site for 2+ hours after finishing their chat, but I still have not received my automatic transcript because the chat is still sitting idle.

    I need to be able to end this chat so that I get the transcript. This would be VERY helpful!

  18. Minimize the chat window, without ending the chat

    I have a lot of chat window at the same time, that frightful jumble, it's great if I can minimize the chat window, without ending the chat and I can maximize in when needed

    It will be great if you make an API integration with API.ai chatbot with Tawk.to
    You know, API.ai is a leading entity in the industry of automatic chatbot. The fact that Google just acquired them is enough to tell us that the brand will be booming in the next few years. Being able to integrate with it will give a massive boost on flexibility and ease of use of Tawk.to.

  20. Memory leak on page refresh

    Since Chrome version 64 the tawk.to javascript widget will continually increase its memory footprint until the web page is unresponsive.

    This can be replicated on the tawk.to website by either refreshing the home page multiple times, or browsing between pages that contain the widget, or more slowly just leaving the page open will increase the memory usage.

    Refreshing or browsing will increase the memory footprint by about 30MB to 60MB at a time.
