  1. Agents restrictions based on IP/Network/Country

    Other chat software are using it, NO matter you cost for it, business clients can pay for it.
    They can allow to attend chats for agents only from specific ip/network/country for better management and privacy.
    As some time have to click the links given by their customer, then when agents click then they can know their location, may be USA company is hiring indian agents and disclose indian IP.
    Business clients like to show their agents are from origin country.

    This feature is available in other software, why not you introduce it and its very quick to develop as well.

  2. Add Auto Join Conversations.

    I have a company. And we are soo fast for support. But sometimes slow join conversations. This is so bored. Btw, we want auto join conversations for tawkto. Thank you for reading.

  3. Have on mobile pop up with a trigger-message

    when the trigger start, the trigger sentence have to pop up with a little screen just for the size of one sentence,, the visitor have to see it imidiatly and not just the little nomber "1" at the head of the icon
    In all chats services uts work that way

    Hi!
    On mobile we can’t change this behaviour at this time.
    Since the chat is full-screen, it would be bad user experience to interrupt visitor from viewing your website.
    On PC browser trigger will open a chat to show trigger message to a visitor.

  4. Modern Chat Window

  5. Reporting API

    The reports that you produce are great but they're not exportable and so we can't connect them to the rest of our internal services.

    It would be wonderful if there was an API that we could contact to get:
    - Chats per agent
    - Missed chats
    - Chat transcripts
    - First Response times
    - etc...

    Either that, or somehow make this data exportable from your site/app somehow.

  6. Change font in Right to Left for middle east languages like Persian and Arabic فونت فارسی العربية

    Hi everyone, Please Please Please VOTE UP

    The really bad font in Persian or Arabic and all middle east countries
    writing Language.
    The default font is very hard to read and very annoying to the eye.
    Please change the BAD default fonts "Helvetica" or "Arial" to the GOOD fonts like "Google Almarai" or "Windows Segoe UI Regular" or "Tahoma Regular (size up to 12 or less)" or "Google Noto Kufi Arabic Regular" for the default font, important for the widget font.

  7. auto response/email

    A feature where if a new visitor starts a chat and they don’t get a response in a pre-determined time frame. Visitor will get an auto response stating we are unavailable or busy and the visitor will automatically be presented with the contact us via email box

  8. Wildcard for triggers

    I would love to send a trigger to all users doing a search on my site. However, this is not possible, as each search generates a URL with the search term in it. Other chat services offer wildcards, so I could enter the URL as http://beta.vraagalex.nl/?action=search&page_id=6&dosrch=1&q=*, where * can be replaced with any value.

  9. Support Wordpress WPML (translation plugin) so that the right chat language shows

    WPML is the biggest Wordpress pugin. I'd like the chat to show the right language. My customer's language depends on the language they chose (in WPML).

    please integrate tawk.to system with zoho CRM so that all leads(users) are came to CRM system and its very usefull because many organisation uses Zoho just need to call the scripts with URL .

  17. Resize the maximized (open) widget on mobile

    Currently, the widget occupies the entire screen for mobile UI. And, the user has to minimise the widget, in order to navigate the site.
    Please see, if it's possible to find a mid-way wherein a user can still chat whilst browsing the site at the same time.

  18. Add Pre-Chat form into Chat Rescuer

    It would be great if you could add the Pre-Chat Form into the Chat Rescuer Bot. So for example if the website visitor hasn't had a reply from the webmaster in 1 minute it could first display the message and then ask for the name + email. This improves lead generation, customer service, sales, etc.

  19. Agent, department routing

    Automatically route chat session based on visitor location. In our scenario we have a sales team consisting of 6 employees each covering a certain territory of US States. It would be nice if a trigger could be created that will route the chat session to the appropriate agent (sales employee) based on the visitor's location. There are already conditions based on IP, hostname, city, or country, but region would be great too. Also, there's no feature as far as I know for auto routing.

    Besides "Ring-to-all" assignment, there are other options for advanced chat routing like:
