Best agent management
Actually, we have to manage each site separatly. A good thing is to be able to select an agent team and assign him/her to multiple site on couple click. (Check box per exemple)

After the agents finishes a chat session, he or she could tag the conversation like: sales, support, visitor, etc. And then generate statics by tag.

Improve API to explain how to change visitor name
Although there are some explanations in the API doc I think they could be more extensive. It took me some time to figure out how to do it and from the forum threads it seems I'm not the only one to have struggled.
What about something like:To set the visitor name you have to options.
1) Before embedding the app code, define the TawkAPI object with the visitor info. On load, the Tawk.to script will pick up the parameters and set the user name and email

Allow desktop notifications to be user customizable. Currently, they are much too easy to miss when working on other tasks
The notifications are inadequate and are going to cause me to stop using the app since I am repeatedly missing chats while working on other desktop tasks. There should be a way to keep the notification on screen until acknowledged, and also to make it appear bigger and more intrusive

Manual ONLINE/OFFLINE Switch
Sometimes an agent is connected on hours thar are not the Scheduled hours. It would be good to be able to manually turn status to ONLINE or OFFLINE.

User based Chat
In case of web applications where user is provided a chat option only after login. For example, if a User A login and chat with the Tech Support (Admin end) then log off. And if User B login to the same computer (assuming a shared computer); User B can see the chat history.

Great product - but I found that if I close the bubble - it's closed forever - or until I reset my cookies - the bubble is a great plus - it
Closing the bubble should not be permanent. refreshing the page - or coming back for another session should reload the bubble. I closed the bubble just to see what happens and not I have to clean out cookies to get it back. Thanks - overall a wonderful product.

Spanish Corrections
On pre-chat form when a visitor skip enter his name a legend in red appears:
- "nombre tiene que ser proveido"
Here is much more accurate write only:
Ingresa tu Nombre
Also the save button, is much better be traslated as "Iniciar" instead of "Guardar"

This is amazing service, and would be very useful for estore websites in Iran, but apparently Iran has been blocked because of USA sanctions, USA Sanctions over against Iran, google,microsoft,yahoo all removed their restrictions against iran. So your great company also can do this :)

Make Scheduler API Retrievable

Add multi-language option in Prestashop Tawk.to module
Hi there,
I have a prestashop store in two languages, the thing with prestashop platform is that you cannot paste the tawk.to script code in all the pages depending if you want the chat in a specific language or in another, because there are hundred of page combinations.
So the chat will always appears in the same language no matter if you are in the english, spanish or french version of your site. And it can make your clients confused.

Option to show the advanced trigger once per day
Currently there is a limit for the trigger to once per visitor. I would like to enable "once per day per visitor" to allow the trigger to show to returning visitors, but not to often, so once per day would be a good frequency.
