No image or name on the top bar, on chat window while on mobile that happens on iOS ( iPhone X, 7 , 8 , XS iPad ) android (Galaxy S8, Motorola One) also the intro key to send the message is very tiny and the window jumps up and down. here is a link of a video of the bug I'm talking about https://youtu.be/UJ30MFtlCzc

Open links in same window (if the domain is the same)
When I send a link to a customer it opens a new tab. If the link is related to the same website, it should be openedin he same window.

This is not the default behavior because not all links are of the same domain. But we will be looking into this.

If you set the Widget Title Bar by entering a HEX Value #26A9E1
The system will not reconise it

Trigger Condition To Detect Previous Chat and Not Fire Trigger
If an agent has served a chat and that chat has been ended, then a condition is needed to NOT fire a trigger.
Example: Customer initiates chat and is served by agent. Customer ends chat and proceeds to checkout page where a trigger is set to ask if they need help if on that page for 2+ minutes. Trigger should not fire because the agent just talked to them. Asking if they need help just after you served them is annoying and looks bad.

I have installed this application in my website. Now I wanted to send message to agent programattically that when new order in my website is placed then a message to the agent will be sent that "a new order is placed".

provide ability to show or NOT show tawk.to chat option on pages whose urls match/contain text.
Hi-
The specific use case I have is I am using a drupal website and I don't want the chat option to show up on the admin pages when I am working in the admin section of the site. So if there was a an option to NOT show tawk.to chat invite on pages whose URL contained /admin/ that would be great. And then I realized the ability show ONLY on pages that matched certain url strings would be good too. Thanks. Michael7 votes -
Minimize the chat widget when the user press ESCAPE key.
we have to click on the minimize button to minimize the chat window,
its very non - user-friendly.
I would like an esc-key or any other combination of keys which would minimize the chat window.
If you could use combination of keys then we may have an option to close the widget too.

Select from contact list when creating a ticket
Hiya - when creating a ticket ... can you add an option to select from a previous contact it would save having to manually copy and paste the email address across.

Gravatar Icons...
Just as "uservoice" and so many other websites do, I think it'd be cool if you guys implemented "gravatar" icons into your app so people can create a centralized icon for usage on multiple sites, and then you guys could use this icon for chats with visitor or other agents to make the experience more personal, without having to re-invent the idea of uploading an icon to yet another website.

Add a shortcut "quick access button" in Desktop, as it is in Andriod
In the Andriod App, there is a ? mark next to the chat input box that brings up a shortcut pick list and shortcut search box. This is intuitive and helpful, and I would suggest that the same feature be added to the desktop version. While I am comfortable with command line interfaces, many of my staff will balk at it.

Categorize Shortcuts to allow easier searching through massive shortcut lists
As it is now, we have a big dump of shortcuts that are either Private or Global. If short cuts were toggled per department, it would cut down on the huge list to scroll through if you don't know the keyword. Even better would be to have parent/child categories (which could start in base level as departments) and various levels of child categories.
With the ability to create nested categories it would make it easier to group shortcuts in a way that makes sense to our own business objectives. For example, you could create the following structure:
Sales > PreSales…

Is it possible to have Pre-Chat Form Data (name & email?) Integrated into Our WordPress Members List? Basically "Registering" them?
I was wondering if we used the Tawk.To WordPress Plugin to install this Chat System into our WP Site, and, for example, we had Pre-Chat Form Data including name & email, that the system would Add them to our WP Members List, as if they "Registered" to be a member?

Show website conversions.
Lets say you own a ecommerce website. I think it would be cool if you guys could add a conversions page in the tawk.to dashboard. Maybe add something like most viewed products on this specific date, and total sales made yesterday. I think that would be an awesome feature and very handy!

"Human" names of the visitors
The names of the visitors (V1449997133389890 and so on) looks crazy :) I think www.chatra.io names looks great - look at http://prntscr.com/9dl2g5 . Even "Client 1", "Client 2" looks better :) Please think about it!
