department default email
I would like to suggest having the ability to add a department email(s) in the department profile - we can use this option to add a department distribution list or group email etc. And that can be an option for the emails to be sent to the department email address on file.

For the ticketing system to be usable, i need the different mail accounts to be automatically assigned to the right departments (sales@ to sales department, support@ to support department, etc.).
Could be done by adding an option to set a tawk "Ticket Forwarding Email" address under each department.
Or by adding an advanced trigger, that can assign the ticket to a department, depending on the mail-address it was sent from.
I was going to request something like this. This is extremely needed.
The way you have it right now is not good, it is confusing and does not allow a good ticket distribution or even have incoming tickets assigned automatically based on the forwarding email.
Please consider this
