    Tawk.to so impressive, but need improvement for anti-spam especially for pre-chat. Hopefully, will be added soon. It'll help

    This is HIGHLY needed.

    I appreciate the free plugin, I really do. But we're getting LOTS of spam... Currently we just disabled the plugin when no agent is online, but this is a bad solution.

    I don't think that it should be too hard to implement.

    We really need this feature! A simply "I am not a robot" CAPTCHA field that we can place on the pre-chat form and offline message form would be ideal.

    I wish you offer this option. Right now I cannot even ask you to make the change on your server and add The DIV code from Google to be added to the prechat form. I also cannot add it dynamically to the form which is inside IFRAME.

    anti-spam turn of and turn on feature is a good idea... indeed spam can be an issue.... serious one..... not for all sites.. but for some... for vertical businesses who do not have to much traffic and sell niche things.. it maybe not a big deal, but for more horizontal sites... spam is a big deal :)

    but only turn it off and turn it on captcha feature.... ... very important....

    Got a lot of spam as well, mostly in offline messages, recaptcha or any other counter spam system will just be awesome integration.

    Need a way to block bots from sending emails using the offline (after hours) chat feature. Something like a captcha, etc.

    We got a lot of SPAM so the SPAM bots not only fill comments they take the chat too. Id like to secure my prechat or chat itself against bots
