Please allow custom timezones for offline messages
It's set to GMT+0 but it would be nice is it could be set to different time zones so on first glance we could see when they tried to contact
Please let us change the timestamp for offline messages! It's a must!
Customers are saying we replied to their email 2h30 late because the message time is in GMT and we are in GMT+2, even though the email time that they received the mail is correct and is only 30 min they are getting confused and complaining. It would be great if we could set this to ensure we don't loose customers to this. Thank you!

Please. It is tough to figure out the time difference. You guys have this figured out for the scheduler already, should not be difficult for you to implement here too! This idea is 3 years old, Come on guys.
Kindly include setting of time-zone, as when we receive missed chat email, we fail to understand the exact time of missing the chat.
offline message coming at standard international time zone. There should option if offline message comes it comes according to country time zone.

agreed, and not only for offline messages, the analytics in dashboard should be able to customize the timezone for international locations.
