Add hidden, pre-populated field
It would be great if there was a way to add a hidden, pre-populated field to the chat window so when the visitor starts a chat/sends an email the info in that field could be passed through to the agent.
For example, if you created a hidden field that you only use on your landing pages, you can put the source in that field. This way, when the chat comes in, the agent knows the leads source.
It also will allow third party services to overwrite that field as necessary to dynamically populate that field with different sources.
