Agent can not see all messages, can see only his own message
I have many salesmen and they steal each other's customers. Creating confusion in my company.

Make the "Messaging" box available only to Admins not to all Agents. Either Agents can see only their own messages, or none at all. Admins should be able to see all.

Previous messaging can be useful for training and quality-control, but privacy became a big concern when more people join the property. Hope there’s setting to enable admin to control the visibility of messaging to groups of members.

your agent base on email right? on ticket each agent is provide a key uniq, use that key to forward agent email in to tawk daskboard, i already do that, and success
