Emails language should be customizable
Ticket reply emails are in english, not in locale language. For example:-
- Please type your reply above this line -
This is confusing to non-english speakers.
It is a no go to replay in a other language than your store is located in.

When we are using portuguese language the transcription e-mail will sent in english not portuguese.

Translate email subject and body of offline messages sent to member's emails.
Or, let us choose customized subject line message.
It would be nice also to be able to customise that text. In crowdin https://crowdin.com/project/tawk/ there's translation for the text but it's not used at least in Finnish language.
1. Ticket email are in English when the chat is in Italian.
2. Ticket message to the customer is not send if the offline message is leaved in the offline form of the chat
3. Email should be customable.
The emails of tickets need translations :)

It would be nice if you could change the message sent to the client in different languages, at the moment it is by default "Your message has been received and is currently being reviewed by our team".
I'm from Argentina and it would be a good thing to be able to change.

As there is translation across the interface, there should be the option to translate the emails from the ticket system (protocol)
E-mail objects are "Offline message sent by" even for users in French. Is it possible to make the modification of the objects of the mails available? thank you

As there are many different languages... it makes sense to be able to translate all auto replies, or info shown.
