please consider supporting screen-share (for agents) on the most commonly used browsers, Chrome (and ideally Firefox too)
As of July 2019, ~48% of web visitors use Chrome, 31% Safari, 12% Firefox, 6% IE, and <3% Edge. For ease of interaction with our customers and the use of the screen-share we request support for the top 3 (Chrome, Safari and Firefox) instead of the bottom 2.
