Allow the chats that turn into tickets that use email transcript to display the Aliase name on the email sent, not the real s that turn into
Presently the emails that are sent to customers or visitors are displaying the real name of the operator, not the Aliase name. This can become confusing internally and to the visitor.
This is very important. I hope there's an ability to use Alias in the Messaging/Helpdesk in the same way it is in Chat.
