On the Widget screen add icon to connect with customer via Teams, Zoom etc
Today Teams, zoom and similar apps have become very common. Thus on the widget can there be an icon to directly initiate a teams or zoom call once the customer assistant is active on chat. Ofcourse the assistant ccan always share a link. but being part of the UI will give the customer more confidence. This will allow sales teams to make presentations, share their screens, etc

We currently offer our Voice/Video/Screensharing add-ons that will allow you to communicate with your visitors via video chat, voice calls, and two-way screen sharing.
The icons will be shown on the top right side of your chat widget window once the feature is activated.
