Switch department after entering a chat
we have one property with multiple department. However, visitors should be able to switch department after entering a chat.
Indeed, after one visitor chatted with an expert from one department, this visitor should be able to ask question to others experts from another department.
AFAIK, it's not possible to switch department.

At this stage, only the agent is able to transfer a chat to another agent/department.
The user can only select one department prior to beginning a chat.
We've taken note of these suggestions and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.
