Allow entering HTML in knowledgebase articles
I'd like to add things like anchor tags (<a>), ordered lists and unordered lists (<ul>, <ol>)

As an additional consideration - without HTML we can't use a tool like https://www.tango.us/ to quickly generate help docs, so, unfortunately, have to painstakingly paste each piece of text and image into a separate content block.
