Would be great to be able to integrate the knowledge base through API

We’re continuing to build out our Knowledge Base product and have taken on your suggestions.

Being able to import / update articles through an API would be great to maintain actual information in the private section, for instance listings of open orders, deliveries, invoices, payments etc.

Agree. Being able to embed a category with the titles and URLs to the article would be awesome.
Also being able to export the content of the KB to a JSON file would do the thing, because the we could process it in our end.
