Ok i have a ecommerce where is present many vendors; should be great create a department for vendors where the super user assign the tikets to the vendor, in this way opening a private channel form customer to vendors that sholud be a Assistant Assigned at specific Department. Looking for something like a websocket or long-polling API so we can use our chat widget as the UI that customers see, but integrate with tawk so if the bot cant help the customer, we escalate to a human agent

If I don't want to use widget at all, I just want to make a one-liner URL which will "ring" me on tawk and that's it, there is no need to response to the user. Of course the URL should embed the basic info such as name/email/comment in the URL, this way I can use my custom program to call the URL which can then ring me on tawk with the basic info

Could be nice send from Wordpress form answers directly to the chat.

Could be nice if the chat send data in different languages depends on current language of (Wordpress) multi-language website to different chats.
