    With Tawk.to integrated to Slack, it will make mine and all users working life simpler, more pleasant and more productive.

However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier. For example, you can trigger a specific action in Slack when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created.   2. REST API for CRM Integration

    It would be great if there was a possibility to integrate our own CRM with chat. Chat is a place where agents can gather and lead clients and to use chat we need to be able to get chat history.

    It will be great if you make an API integration with API.ai chatbot with Tawk.to
    You know, API.ai is a leading entity in the industry of automatic chatbot. The fact that Google just acquired them is enough to tell us that the brand will be booming in the next few years. Being able to integrate with it will give a massive boost on flexibility and ease of use of Tawk.to.

Alternatively, you can ban Spammers by their IP addresses to prevent them from accessing the widget on your site.     please integrate tawk.to system with zoho CRM so that all leads(users) are came to CRM system and its very usefull because many organisation uses Zoho just need to call the scripts with URL .
