  1. Access to the client's cart and info about the products

    Hi,

    Lot's of times when we talk with the clients through the chat, we like to know what they have in the cart in order to help them. If possible, it would be great to have this feature, like Hubtalk for Prestashop has. This helps us to be more efficient with the client. Including the stock for each product woudl be great too, but is simple if you take a look at HubTalk.

  2. The option of adding picture to a trigger

    Would be good If there is an option of adding a picutre to a trigger do when trigger pops up users can see whom they are about to talk to.

  3. Invite existing agents to be added to new site

    After adding a new site, when inviting agents, display the existing agents in a list which checkboxes, so we can easily add them, or add all of them.
    The current process of adding each agent again by sending an email one at a time is time consuming and seems unnecessary when they are already in the system.

  4. Fix bug that randomly and unexpectedly closes the desktop application

    For myself and other employees, we've noticed the desktop software often closes completely and randomly. If someone else doesn't have the chat open with the client, they are also lost.

  5. Line breaks are not respected in HTML email notification

    If a user enters an offline message, the HTML email notification does not add line breaks where the user adds line breaks. This can result in a message with all the text in one line and very difficult to read.

  6. Add a trigger condition for history pages

    "Visitor history page" - as a value you put a part of an URL or exact URL that visitor visited during his session.

    Example: if visitor was on contact page once, don't ask him if he needs help.

  8. Best agent management

    Actually, we have to manage each site separatly. A good thing is to be able to select an agent team and assign him/her to multiple site on couple click. (Check box per exemple)

    When a visitor comes on our website through IOS or Android Mobile, then send notification informing the visitor to download Android or IOS app for better experience.

  13. Refresh Stats without switching tabs

    On the desktop app, your visitor stats up on the top right will only update if you switch to another tab. Such as monitoring then switch back to the dashboard tab.

    Can it be modified so that the stats live update without having so switch tabs. It can be a bit of a pain having to keep switching tabs to see how many visitors there have been.

  14. provide ability to show or NOT show tawk.to chat option on pages whose urls match/contain text.

    Hi-
    The specific use case I have is I am using a drupal website and I don't want the chat option to show up on the admin pages when I am working in the admin section of the site. So if there was a an option to NOT show tawk.to chat invite on pages whose URL contained /admin/ that would be great. And then I realized the ability show ONLY on pages that matched certain url strings would be good too. Thanks. Michael

    OpenCart allows use of multiple languages within a single install. Essentially, they allow multilingual stores.

    OpenCart also allows multiple stores running on a single install/instance. It is a multistore software.

    So the talk.to OpenCart extension setting page should allow:
    1. Mapping of each OpenCart store to a talk.to site
    2. Mapping of each installed language for each OpenCart store to a talk.to widget within that OpenCart store.

  17. Trigger welcomes customer come back with their name

    "Welcome XXX come back, may i help you ?"

    This is my suggestion that Trigger could recognize customer's name and say hello with them. Then, they can surprise, feel comfortable, happy and appreciate us.

  18. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  19. in the ticket system add the ability to have "canned responces".

    Have it allow you to save an unlimited list of canned responses to the most common questions. Then when people ask the same questions over and over again you just select a pre written "canned response" and it gets pasted into the ticket

    I have installed this application in my website. Now I wanted to send message to agent programattically that when new order in my website is placed then a message to the agent will be sent that "a new order is placed".
    Is there any api so i can integrate it in my website ?
