Adding Hyperlinks to TAWK live chats

We would like to be able to use Hyperlinks in our Tawk Chats with customers. Example. Click here/ icon. When the client clicks HERE - it should take them to a HTTP site. We have many of these links set up but they are not compatible in Tawk. Please follow up with me via email andrea@grandpad.net, as I didn't see where to add my email address to add this topic.
