Adjust Time For Missed Chats

Unfortunately, the platform does not yet have the option to adjust the time for lost chat. the implementation of this feature would be very good because those who create self-service triggers keep receiving lost chat alerts because the customer requesting chat is still browsing the self-service options and in that time we have already received the lost chat message and email with the same information.
